At Icebox Brewing, we combine traditional brewing techniques with modern creativity to produce a diverse range of beers that cater to all palates.  From our refreshing Icebox Light and Mexican Lager to our Sweet Potato Marshmallow Porter, all styles are brewed with the finest ingredients and brewed with meticulous attention to detail.

Icebox Brewing Company takes pride in sourcing local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, supporting local farmers and businesses.  That commitment to quality extends beyond our beer…each location has its own unique identity and food offerings.  Our five locations range from the Hatch Valley to our newest location on Locust near the NMSU campus.  Our Picacho location is a classic brewery with a clean urban warehouse look and feel.  Our North Main location is where the locals go to enjoy our popular pizza and wings, plus coming soon to our Locust location!  The Downtown Boneyard Cantina has a local Southwest vibe with tasty Mexican street cuisine.  Icebox Brewing is certainly where patrons connect with fellow beer enthusiasts!
